This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • It uses no analytics, tracking, advertising or social media plugins.

  • Personal data is processed when your browser requests pages from our web server, and when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Visiting the website

When you open a page, your browser automatically sends our web server the technical information needed to deliver it: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the requested page, the referring page and your browser's identification (user agent).

We process this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website is hosted by our web hosting provider, which processes this data on our behalf on servers in the European Union. The provider may record these requests in server log files, which are used only to operate and secure the website and are kept no longer than necessary for that purpose.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage, session storage or similar technologies to store or read information on your device. Its only script runs in your browser to reveal page sections as you scroll and to show the current year; it does not collect or send any data. For this reason, the website does not display a cookie consent banner.

Fonts and external content

The Figtree typeface used on this website is hosted on our own server, so loading the website does not send your data to a font provider such as Google Fonts. We do not embed videos, maps, social media widgets or other third-party content.

Contacting us

When you contact us, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a project with you.

  • Email. Your email address, name, the content of your message and any attachments.
  • Phone. Your phone number and the information you give us during the call.
  • WhatsApp. The WhatsApp link on this website opens WhatsApp, which processes your messages under its own privacy policy. We receive your phone number, profile name and messages. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp until you select the link.

Where your enquiry concerns a possible project or contract, the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Otherwise, it is based on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to deal with them. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, we keep the related correspondence for the duration of that relationship and for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records. Otherwise, we delete it once it is no longer needed.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making. Apart from us, personal data is processed only by the service providers who host our website and our email on our behalf.

Our email provider may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis of the processing, the GDPR gives you the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict how we process your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
